Discovering a positive emotion means that that frequency is either deficient or absent. Not being angry is not the same as being happy. Not feeling abandoned is not the same as feeling cherished.
Identify the emotion that needs integrated. Refer to the emotions-list, refering to the 2nd emotion listed for each paring.
In this step, ask if you can use transcendental dowsing (TD) to heal the stuck energy. If yes use a clockwise swing and wait until it stops on its own (usually shifts to a yes motion) If no, use the neutralizing the stuck energy flow chart.
Initiate a clockwise swing to integrate the energy of the emotion. Wait until it stops by itself. Ask if the energy has been integrated.
This step is different from addressing negatives. Ask if the positive emotion is integrated in all lifetimes - past, present, parellel and future. This will be covered further in the section on learnings.
